HISTORY

Much more than Wash. Rinse. Repeat.

Before we began in 1992, Northwest Health Care Linen President and CEO, Jim Hall owned an extended-care center equipped with its own on-site laundry. Word spread of the high standard and quality that Jim upheld in his facility and local hospitals and clinics in the Puget Sound region began requesting that he expand his services. Through gaining a reputation for providing unsurpassed linen service, Jim uncovered the regional need for a medical-only laundry service and established Northwest Health Care Linen.

As a leader in the industry, we’re focused on providing the best in customer satisfaction and the best in company and environmental performance. With careful attention to detail, quality and service, we continue to grow significantly as a business and with the services we offer.

Company growth was evident in 2002 when the Bellingham facility underwent a significant remodel where we tripled in size and gained the ability to process laundry with greater efficiency and resource conservation. Our state of the art technology saves energy and natural resources by recycling much of the water used in the process and reclaiming wastewater heat. Our plant is designed to comply with all OSHA and WISHA regulations, we’re accredited by The Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC) and we participate in the Laundry Environmental Stewardship Program (LaundryESP).

Our unique approach to linen service consisting of HLAC accreditation, quality product selection, unparalleled customer support and a dedicated patient focus is what makes Northwest Health Care Linen much more than wash, rinse, repeat.
